Below are the first pages of today’s report with a link to the whole file at the end:

A cash cow business is a company that consistently generates strong cash flow without needing to reinvest much back into the business. The term comes from the Boston Consulting Group’s Growth-Share Matrix, a framework developed in the early 1970s by BCG’s founder, Bruce D. Henderson. He categorized businesses into four types: cash cows, stars, question marks, and dogs.

Cash cows usually dominate their market, have steady demand, and boast high profit margins. They operate in mature industries where aggressive expansion or constant innovation isn’t necessary. That stability makes them far less risky and a great option for long-term investors.

What makes cash cows especially valuable is what they do with their extra cash. Since they don’t need to pour money back into growth, they can use it to fund new opportunities, pay off debt, or return value to shareholders - things that can drive up the stock price over time. Plus, because they operate in industries with steady demand, their earnings are more predictable, making them the kind of investment you can set and forget.

Which brings us to today’s stock. This company has been around for nearly 200 years, surviving recessions, market crashes, and economic turbulence. Not only is it the leader in its field - it invented the industry. And despite its size, it trades at a reasonable valuation while delivering massive profitability. It’s a hidden champion, one whose products we all use every day without even realizing it:

Until the next issue 👋
